| Since the HRprofiler is internet-based, every candidate who has tests assigned to him/her can work on them anywhere and at any time. This not only increases the flexibility and simplicity of operational processes, but also results in a marked improvement of the effectiveness and quality of employee-potential management. Test evaluation is easy, a simple mouse click and the results are available. The test results are processed statistically and displayed as graphs, which facilitates their interpretation and makes them an ideal discussion base for personal feedback. With its user-friendly administration of candidates and test results it is extremely efficient. The testing and diagnostic procedures are currently available in German, French and English. |
| The system platform of the HRprofiler is state-of-the-art IT technology and is programmed in HTML and Java to facilitate the implementation of a variety of different test formats. The technology does not rely on any particular browser, nor does it support commercial add-ins, it is therefore independent of any particular supplier and avoids problems with firewalls. The XML interfaces make the HRprofiler compatible with other HR systems, such as SAP, SORECO, ABACUS or PEOPLESOFT. |
